nourishing ingredients using seasonally appropriate protein rich beans, vegetables, super greens, calcium rich sea vegetables and wholegrains eg.quinoa, millet. Prepare soups with the ethnic flair, accent and complexity of delicious international cuisines. Intro class is recommended.
