Personal Trainer Food is the only diet program that has worked for me, and completely changed my thinking about food. I love the food, and I have been on the program for almost two years. I never get sick of it and I often crave my Trainer food when I am vacationing. I have been able to maintain a good size for me, I don’t weigh myself, so I have no idea how much weight I lost, or how much I currently weigh, but for the first time in my life I feel like I look good. Thank you so much for your program, for me, it was a life saver!
