Hi Barbara!

This might work for you:

Ingredients:
1-2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Cocoa Powder
Cinnamon (optional)
Stevia

Instructions:
1. Boil some water and fill your favorite mug with it (to measure). Pour the hot water in your blender.
2. Add the butter, cocoa powder, and stevia. You might need to experiment with the quantities.
3. Blend everything up. The butter will emulsify into the water.
4. Adjust to taste with the cocoa powder and stevia and blend.

Another thing you might enjoy is a savory tea! They are very warming on a cold day. I love NUMI savory teas. They are like sipping on soup. Look them up online or check for them at your grocery store.

I do miss my hot cocoa. Is there anything hot I can drink on a cold day?
How about apple cider? I always made my cocoa with unsweetened cocoa and stevia, but it’s the milk I miss. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to us. You can have any kind of meat or breakfast meat for breakfast and skip the eggs altogether.

You could try a European-style platter of deli meats, smoked salmon or lox, nuts and cheeses for your breakfast instead. You can also eat lunch/dinner meats and vegetables (or left over dinner) for breakfast too.

If you are in a hurry, you could eat your apple along with a handful of nuts for a breakfast on the go.
