We must always have that strong motivation to achieve our goals why we need to exercise. We must take note of our mind that, we need to have our food intake check also. I agree that food is 90% of weight loss success, exercise is only 10%, so, it will always return back to where it started when we eat too much to what our body needs.

My wife and I have been trying to do better this year about staying health and keeping our weight down. We’ll definitely have to try exercising everyday to maximize our weight loss efforts.
