Hi Andrea!

At the present moment, egg rolls are not on the menu. I’m so sorry about that! I asked when they will be made available again and our purchasers will be looking into it. I’m with you, the egg rolls were delightful, weren’t they?

In the meantime, there is word that we may be adding some chicken sausage options to our omelets- they are rumored to be fabulous!

I know. Not egg rolls, but something new to look forward to! (:

Hi Larry!

The egg-rolls are filled with a delightfully savory combination of eggs, cabbage, bacon, cheese, sausage, onion celery and carrots. They are a staff favorite around here, and have been disappearing from our kitchen so fast that I never get a chance to have them!

Order yours quick, lol! 🙂

You are correct! Our guidelines do say to avoid breads and starches such as dough.

However, the egg rolls meet the requirements of our program overall– just like some of the breaded items and vegetables with bean blends. We are not a “low-carb” style program. Those can be hard to maintain and unsustainable in the long run. We include just enough carbs in our program to keep you satiated and in the fat-burning zone.

The key here is to avoid adding MORE carbs to your program. Just follow our guidelines to do that and you will do great!

They are right here if you need to look anything up: http://www.personaltrainerfood.com/guidelines/docs/guidelines.pdf
