The best way to do that is with a simple walking routine.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the rules:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Set the basis for fat loss with a healthy diet, (you can&#8217;t outrun a donut).<\/li>\n<li>Commit to walking, perhaps combined with body weight exercises every day.<\/li>\n<li>Understand: food is 90% of weight loss success, exercise is only 10%.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Yep. That&#8217;s it.
