And her elegant statement &#8220;This is what I do every day&#8221; speaks volumes.<\/p>\n<p>The weather, a place to walk, and even her age are no match for Ms. Stenberg. She doesn&#8217;t need a special place to walk, she simply navigates the indoor corridors of her building around breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When the weather warms up she takes her walks outdoors.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Stenberg takes no breaks. Yes, you read correctly: at 100 years old, she walks three to four hours <em>without stopping<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>So, have you done YOUR 20-minutes today?<\/p>\n<p>What are you waiting for?
