Here are some zero calorie drink recipes to keep you hydrated, reduce cravings and feel refreshed!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re hungry, slowly drink a glass or mug of one of these delicious beverages. Once you\u2019ve finished, your hunger will likely have (temporarily) passed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Lemon Herb Cucumber Water<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cucumber<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>2 sprigs rosemary<\/li>\n<li>1 handful thyme<\/li>\n<li>1 handful mint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wash and thinly slice 1\/2 cucumber and 1 lemon. Fill a pitcher with water. Add lemon slices, cucumber slices, and herbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. &nbsp;NOTE: You have the option to cut off the lemon rind. Cinnamon and ginger are known for their appetite-suppressing power. So drink up and reduce those hunger cravings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14498 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.personaltrainerfood.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/basil.jpg?resize=1000%2C666&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"666\"><\/p>\n<p><b>Lemon Lime Basil Water<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 lime<\/li>\n<li>1 handful basil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wash and chop up basil. &nbsp;Thinly slice lemon and lime. Fill a pitcher with water.
