It also contains starchy vegetables that are not recommended on the PTF program. If you have a choice, go with the Corned Beef and Cabbage instead. &nbsp;If you don\u2019t have a choice and do choose the Shepherd\u2019s Pie, avoid the potatoes on top (though we know that\u2019s the best part!)
