Enjoy the deliciousness without the guilt!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Guilt-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15362\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.personaltrainerfood.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/guilt-free-chocolate-chip-cookies.jpg?resize=300%2C200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Guilt-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p>We thought you\u2019d enjoy this recipe our CEO Mike makes for our PTF celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>You better watch out \u2013 they aren\u2019t weighed down with a ton of carbs and sugars so they disappear fast!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n12 Personal Trainer Food Roasted Almonds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 Stick of Softened Butter<br \/>\n2 Cups Almond Flour<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup Splenda<br \/>\n2 Tsp Vanilla Extract<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Preheat oven to 300 degrees.<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine the butter, vanilla extract and sugar-free chocolate chips together in a large bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Sift the almond flour and Splenda together into the bowl and then mix until dough is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Roll the dough into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven and add whole almond to the center, then return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, cool, and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Sugar-Free Apple Rose Tart<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15366\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.personaltrainerfood.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/sugar-free-apple-rose-tart.png?resize=1024%2C536&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Sugar-Free Apple Rose Tart\" width=\"1024\" height=\"536\"><\/p>\n<p>Put a pretty spin on dessert with this sugar-free apple tart. Make your tart one apple at a time in small ramekins or use more apples and a larger pie or tart pan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Serves 1-10 <\/em><br \/>\n1-5 T Butter<br \/>\n1-5 Apples<br \/>\n1\/8 \u2013 2 tsp. Cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/8 \u2013 1 tsp. Non-caloric sweetener (stevia or Splenda)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Generously butter ramekins or pie pan (depending on the number of apples you use).<\/li>\n<li>Peel and core apples, then cut into thin enough slices that you can bend them slightly (~1\/4\u2033 thick or less).<\/li>\n<li>Start layering the slices around the dish, working from the outside in. Roll a few very thin slices up together and nestle in the center as a rosette once you reach the middle.<\/li>\n<li>Dab the top with a little butter, then dust evenly with cinnamon and non-caloric sweetener.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until apple softens and edges brown slightly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Low-Carb Almond Cinnamon Butter Cookies<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15364\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.personaltrainerfood.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ptf-almond-cinnamon-butter-cookies.png?resize=591%2C332&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"PTF almond cinnamon butter cookies\" width=\"591\" height=\"332\"><\/p>\n<p>Everyone will love this quick and easy gluten-free cookie recipe. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Serves 12 <\/em><br \/>\n2 Cups Almond Flour<br \/>\n\u00bd Cup Butter, Softened<br \/>\n1 Egg<br \/>\n\u00bd Cup Non-Caloric Sweetener (stevia or Splenda)<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Sugar Free Vanilla Extract<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Cinnamon<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>Combine almond flour, butter, egg, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl; mix until well combined.<\/li>\n<li>Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and press down with a fork twice in a criss-cross pattern.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Enjoy!
