Scrape out the black gills with a spoon. Place mushrooms in steamer bag, and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. Allow to rest for 1 minute, then slide out onto a plate. Salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Heat your Angus Burger in microwave.<\/li>\n<li>Place your Angus Burger on one portobello mushroom cap, add toppings as desired.
