Those officers successfully lost an average of 20 lbs in just one month.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We understand everyone&#8217;s weight loss journey is different,&#8221; Personal Trainer Food&#x2122; founder and CEO Mike Starks said. &#8220;We wish nothing but the best of success and health for Officer Cook.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, two other North Texas police officers were part of a test group for Personal Trainer Food&#8217;s&#x2122; new RECON men&#8217;s program, which launches October 20.
