Remove from bag and lay zucchini slices flat on a large plate.<\/li>\n<li>Place a small spoonful of spaghetti sauce on each zucchini slice. Layer pepperoni bites on top if desired.<\/li>\n<li>Shred the Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks and sprinkle onto the zucchini slices. Microwave until cheese is melted.
