Once heated, remove from bag and place in a microwave-safe bowl.<br \/>\nMash cauliflower with a potato masher or fork. Add butter, salt, and pepper and continue mashing until no large chunks remain.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, chives, and bacon. Microwave for 30s or until cheese melts.<\/li>\n<li>Top with remaining cheese, chives, and bacon.
