We found one that will not disappoint! It\u2019s a quick meal that will add a little kick to your lunch or dinner!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/span><br>2 tbsp olive oil<br>2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce<br>1 tbsp lime juice<br>2 tsp fresh ginger (minced)<br>2 cloves of garlic (minced)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Steak:<\/span><\/strong><br>1 pkg Prime Rib Fajita Strips (thawed)<br>Low sodium soy sauce and olive oil (liberal amounts for saut\u00e9ing)<br>\u00bd red onion (sliced)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Salad:<\/strong><\/span><br>6-8 cups baby spinach<br>1 Pint grape\/cherry tomatoes (halved)<br>Chopped green onion (to taste)<\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/span><br>Whisk together the olive oil and soy sauce.<br>Add lime juice.<br>Finish by adding the minced ginger and garlic.<br>Stir well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Prime Rib Fajita Strips:<\/strong><\/span><br>Pour some olive oil and soy sauce into a skillet and saut\u00e9 the onions.<br>When the onions are almost cooked to your liking, add the Prime Rib Fajita Strips.<br>Once complete, set aside while you combine the salad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Salad:<\/strong><\/span><br>Combine the spinach, tomatoes, dressing and toss.<br>Add the steak and onions on top and finish with green onions.<br>Apply dressing to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy! \ud83d\ude42<br><em style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Source: Photo and recipe adapted from IowaGirlEats.com<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"background-color:#d0d0d0;color:#d0d0d0\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.personaltrainerfood.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/sam-watts.png?resize=125%2C125&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Sam Watts\" class=\"wp-image-21415\" width=\"125\" height=\"125\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Writer:<\/strong> <em>Sam Watts has nearly 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry with a focus on fitness.
