Close the bag and shake to combine. Season to taste with pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Put the chicken in the bag with the marinade. Seal it, eliminating the air, then turn turn to coat the wings evenly. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Prep BBQ grill or oven grill for medium heat. Oil your BBQ grill or the pan you are using to grill in the oven so the wings don&#8217;t stick.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the wings from the bag, shaking off the excess. Grill, turning occasionally until the wings are cooked through and browned; about 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Place the cooked wings in a large bowl. Set aside while you prepare the Fiery Sriracha Sauce (below).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Fiery Sriracha Sauce<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 C Butter<br \/>\n4 T Sriracha sauce<br \/>\n1\/4 C Cilantro (optional, for garnish)<br \/>\n1\/2 C Cool ranch dressing (for dipping)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan. Whisk in the Sriracha sauce. Close the bag and shake to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Put the chicken in the bag with the marinade. Seal it, eliminating the air, then turn turn to coat the wings evenly. Chill in the fridge overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Remove wings from marinade bag and pat dry. Set aside while you prepare the Kyoto Spice (below).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Kyoto Spice<\/h3>\n<p><em>Shichimi togarashi is a blend of seven delightful Japanese flavors. We love it on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.personaltrainerfood.com\/our-food.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teriyaki Chicken, Grilled Chicken Breast, and even on a Cheddar Omelet<\/a>. Find this condiment online or in the Asian section at your grocery.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 t Baking soda<br \/>\n2 t Ground cumin<br \/>\n1 t Togarashi (hot paprika can be used as a substitute)<br \/>\nSalt, to taste<br \/>\nLime wedges, (optional: additional sliced green onions) for serving<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prep BBQ grill or oven grill for medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Combine baking soda, cumin, and Togarashi in a medium bowl. Season to taste with salt.<\/li>\n<li>Place pre-marinated wings in bowl and toss until evenly coated.<\/li>\n<li>Oil your BBQ grill or the pan you are using to grill in the oven so the wings don&#8217;t stick.<\/li>\n<li>Grill, turning occasionally until the wings are cooked through and slightly charred; about 20 minutes. Arrange on serving dish.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with lime wedges. Close the bag and shake to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Put the chicken in the bag with the marinade. Seal it, eliminating the air, then turn turn to coat the wings evenly. Chill in the fridge for one hour or overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Prep BBQ grill or oven grill for medium heat. Oil your BBQ grill or the pan you are using to grill in the oven so the wings don&#8217;t stick.<\/li>\n<li>Remove wings from marinade bag and grill, turning occasionally until they are golden brown; about 20 minutes. Oil your BBQ grill or the pan you are using to grill in the oven so the wings don&#8217;t stick.<\/li>\n<li>Place the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweetener, vegetable oil, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Close the bag and shake to combine. Season to taste with pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Put the chicken in the bag with the marinade. Seal it, eliminating the air, then turn turn to coat the wings evenly. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. (This marinade is too salty to marinate any longer.)<\/li>\n<li>Grill, turning occasionally until the wings are cooked through and slightly charred; about 20 minutes.
