After her first week, she was <strong>down seven pounds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>But&#8230; But&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>You might be thinking that kind of fast weight loss isn&#8217;t sustainable.<\/p>\n<p>Weight loss isn&#8217;t linear, so you&#8217;re right&#8211; if you lose 9 pounds in one week, expecting 9 pounds every week might be unrealistic (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.personaltrainerfood.com\/blog\/personal-trainer-food-results-mary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">but it could happen<\/a>).
