-Bachelor of Business (Accounting)-RMIT and Bachelor of Business (Marketing) Caulfield –1979,1980
Accounting and Marketing positions with Ernst & Whinney and Reader’s Digest.
-Created and operated an importing company for environmentally friendly giftware from Indonesia early 90s
-Studied nutrition, macrobiotics and natural cookery both in Australia and overseas over the past 2 decades.

I have been involved in many aspects of the Health Food Industry for over 2 decades, importing, wholesaling, marketing, retailing and especially educating.

Highlights include:

• Being the Trade Show and Food Coordinator for the Inaugural Daylesford Spa Festival 1986 and 87
• Participating in The Healthier Living Shows, The Nutritional Foods Association Conventions, The Australian International Food Expos, The Tastes Of Australia Food Festivals and Harvest Picnics
• Employed by Spiral Foods as Marketing Consultant
• Lecturing and demonstrating to staff and students at William Angliss College, RMIT and Emily Macpherson College
• Public Demonstrations for Daimaru, Melbourne Central, Myer, Westfield Shopping Centres, Southport Health Club
• Radio (3AW,3RRR, BAYFM), television (ABC, Channel 31) plus newspapers and magazines, both writing health articles and receiving publicity for my food programs.


• Produced and marketed “Sandra’s Whole Cuisine” Cooking Video 1999
• Participated in pilot TV program “Health In The City” 2000
• Travelled to study courses in Nutrition, Macrobiotics and Natural Gourmet Cookery-U.S.A

**Setting up and operating The Daimaru CBD Health Café and Vegetable Creations Café
**Consulting for cafes and restaurants Melbourne, Sydney, New York and Bali.
