My business life in the Health Food Industry includes:

  • I held Accounting and Marketing positions with Ernst & Whinney (1976-79) and Reader’s Digest (1983-85)
  • I created and operated an importing company for environmentally friendly giftware from Indonesia early 90s
  • I have been involved in many aspects of the Health Food Industry for over 25 years decades, importing, wholesaling, marketing, retailing and especially educating.
