Meatball Lasagna

Low-carb weight loss lasagna that doesn't skimp on flavor from Personal Trainer Food.

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 bag of Meatballs
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded or sliced

Additional Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp pizza sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the meatballs in the microwave. Once heated, remove from the bag and chop meatballs into smaller pieces.
  2. Place a spoonful of meatballs in a bowl. Top with a tablespoon of pizza sauce; cover with a few slices of mozzarella cheese; and sprinkle with garlic powder, italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Repeat in layers until all meatballs are used.
  3. Microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
