3-Minute Grilled Chicken Salad

Can you have a salad while doing your Personal Trainer Food program? The answer is YES!!! And best of all, you can have your salad in as little as three minutes!

Leafy greens are unlimited, and all of our entrees and vegetables are easily heated up and tossed on a salad!

A lovely bowl of greens, mixed veggies, and Personal Trainer Food Fajita Chicken Strips.
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast or Grilled Fajita Chicken Strips
Scandinavian blend, or your favorite vegetable blend

Additional Ingredients:
Italian vinaigrette (2g of sugar or less)
Fresh lettuce, mixed greens or spinach

Instructions:

  1. Heat your meat entree and vegetables in the microwave.
  2. While food is heating up, fill a plate with your mixed greens.
  3. Once heated through to a temperature of your liking, nestle the entree and vegetables on the bed of greens and top with the vinaigrette dressing.
