Memorial Day All-American Burger Stack

Memorial Day is the unofficial kick-off day of the American barbecue season. Personal Trainer Food pays homage to backyard chefs everywhere with this mouth-watering All-American Burger Stack.

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Angus Burger Patty
1 Colby Jack Cheese Stick

Additional Ingredients:
Mustard, Mayonnaise, Pickles (your favorite PTF-approved toppings, hold the ketchup!)
Tomatoes & Onion slices
Large Lettuce Leaf

Instructions:

  1. Heat up the Angus Burger in the microwave.
  2. Slice the Colby Jack Cheese stick. Remove the Angus Burger from it’s bag and layer the cheese on top.
  3. Return to the microwave for a few more seconds to melt the cheese if necessary.
  4. Place the burger on the lettuce leaf, stack the tomato and onion slices on it, then add all your favorite toppings.
